Skyline Legal ("we," "our," or "the firm") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect very little. The site does not run a contact form, does not use cookies, and does not require an account.
- Information you provide: Only what you choose to send us by phone, text, or email. Email and phone calls are subject to the same prospective-client confidentiality rules as any attorney intake.
- Information collected automatically: The site uses Ahrefs Web Analytics, which is a cookie-less, privacy-first measurement product. It records aggregate, non-identifying information about page views (URL visited, country, referrer, device class) and does not store IP addresses long-term, does not set tracking cookies, and is GDPR/CCPA-friendly out of the box.
How we use this information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the consultation you requested.
- To evaluate whether we can represent you on the matter you described.
- To understand which content on the site is useful so we can improve it.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share prospective-client communications with anyone outside the firm except as required by law or with your consent.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set tracking cookies. The Ahrefs Web Analytics script that loads on every page does not use cookies or fingerprint visitors. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other behavior-tracking pixels at this time. If we add any in the future, we will update this policy and add a cookie consent mechanism before activation.
Confidentiality
Information you send us by phone, text, or email is treated as a confidential prospective-client communication, even if we do not end up representing you. Sending us a message does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship. A relationship is formed only when a written engagement agreement is signed by both the firm and the client.
Your choices
- You can request a copy of any information we hold about you, or that we delete it. Contact us using the information below.
- If you would prefer not to be measured by Ahrefs Web Analytics, browser-level Do Not Track and most ad-blockers stop it from loading.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
